Since using the breakfast shakes at the start of the summer ( and trying to do a bit more exercise) I have lost 16 pounds and now weigh the least I have in 8 years!! And feel much better for it too!! Could not recommend highly enough to anyone struggling with breakfast choices/ constant snacking then throughout the morning
I don’t like eating first thing so I have this shake when I get to my desk at work around 8.30am and it fills me up all the way til lunchtime, and it tastes great 👍🏻
The protein tastes amazing and it keeps me full all morning to stop me snacking
Not only did it give me the boost I needed this morning but I smashed my PB in training today too. Highly recommend.
